1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and purchases from Trading Firm LLC. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A later purchase is confirmed separately after you review and accept its final details. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Product information

We work to describe equipment, finishes, dimensions, availability, and prices accurately. Images are illustrative and actual finishes may vary with lighting and display settings. Specifications, clearances, certifications, and installation requirements should be confirmed against the manufacturer’s documentation for the exact model before purchase or installation.

3. Estimates and proposals

Price ranges and the vision estimator are guides for equipment only. They are not binding quotations and do not include shipping, taxes, site preparation, permits, utilities, or installation unless an individual written quote expressly includes them. A request form submission is an enquiry, not an accepted purchase order or a payment.

4. Orders and acceptance

Preparing a basket request produces a draft in the browser; it does not send an enquiry, create a paid order, or create a binding purchase. The customer must share the draft with us to start a conversation. We will review availability, configuration, destination, and final pricing before offering an order for your approval. No payment is taken through this website.

5. Pricing and payment

Product prices shown for the base configuration are estimates until a written proposal is confirmed. Tax, delivery, site work, and installation are additional unless quoted. The website does not take payment. We do not collect card numbers, CVV codes, or PayPal passwords.

6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate order and delivery information, confirming appliance dimensions, and ensuring your location can safely receive the goods. Gas, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, structural, and outdoor installations must follow applicable codes, manufacturer instructions, and the work of qualified professionals where required. Do not operate equipment before it is correctly installed and tested.

7. Delivery, returns, and warranty

Shipping is described in our Shipping Terms and returns in our Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided under their own terms; no additional duration or coverage is promised on this page. Contact us with a model and proof of purchase if you need help locating the relevant documentation.

8. Website use and intellectual property

Website text, visual design, original illustrations, and other materials belong to Trading Firm LLC or their respective licensors. You may browse and use them for personal purchasing research. You may not scrape, republish, or exploit site materials commercially without permission. Do not interfere with website operation or submit false or unlawful information.

9. Liability and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, interruptions, or improper installation or operation of equipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.
